Facilities

With the changing face of ex-service organisations and a need to deliver more, HVIC has endeavoured to provide a facility that will cater for all needs. With this in mind, HVIC has a range of facilities that will cater for most of what is needed today. Along with the traditional pension and welfare support and advice, the centre also has the following facilities as a part of its drop-in centre: internet cafe, tea and coffee making facilities, a small book library, computer and internet training and lastly; although not completed, a mens' shed (by name only).

The mens' shed will enable a wide range of activities to be conducted that will cater for all, including the general community. Those interested in learning basic internet skills or even basic computer skills should contact the centre. If you need to use a computer or access to the internet, the centre is open Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm; please feel free to drop in and use the equipment and grab yourself a brew.
