Pension Officers

For many, the Pension Officer will be the first point of call. The Pension Officer will assist the claimant to complete the necessary documentation for their claim. It is important to note that the Pension Officer will only use factually correct information when completing a claim.The Pension Officer will act as your representative whilst the claim is being processed and can be contacted in order to be updated on the claims progress. However, it should be noted that the Pension Officer does not have any influence over the claim or the speed in which it is processed.
